AUGUST 9TH NATIONAL VEEP DAY

National Veep Day is a lighthearted holiday celebrated in the United States on August 9th, which coincides with the anniversary of the day in 1974 when Gerald Ford became the country’s vice president. It’s a day to recognize and appreciate the important but often overlooked role of the vice president, who serves as the second-in-command to the president.
