The Murph Challenge Day is an annual event in the United States, held each year on Memorial Day to honor fallen soldiers. It consists of a workout called “The Murph,” which includes a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another one-mile run, ideally all done while wearing a weighted vest.
